PharmOutcomes Reporting

Most services commissioned by Norfolk Public Health are now reported through PharmOutcomes. This allows both commissioners and providers to quickly report, view and track payment for our local enhanced services.

When logged into PharmOutcomes you can see a list of services you are accredited to provide on the service page. Each service form has supporting documentation down the left hand side.

The system also allows messages to be sent, received and actioned so that our commissioners can ensure services are provided in a safe and high quality manner.

If you believe you are signed up to a service but it is not visible on your PharmOutcomes service page please contact Public Health or the LPC.
