Louisa Jaggard – Integration Lead (NN2 PCN): Louisa is an experienced pharmacy technician and manager at a community pharmacy overseeing the Dispensary and Prescribing Hub within Cromer Group Practice. With a strong commitment to establishing successful integrated working relationships between community pharmacies and general practice, Louisa aims to improve patient outcomes while streamlining professional workflows.

Elizabeth Kramer – Integration Lead (Ketts Oak PCN): Elizabeth is a passionate community pharmacist and manager at Hurns Chemist in Cringleford, Norwich. With a background in business management and a focus on effective communication, Elizabeth believes in leveraging strong connections between pharmacies and PCNs to enhance patient care. She is determined to develop efficient communication pathways and foster an integrated healthcare system.

Sue Woodruff – Integration Lead (Coastal PCN): Sue brings an impressive 48 years of experience in community pharmacy to her role. As a former local tutor and leader in medicines optimization, she possesses valuable insights into improving primary care. Sue’s dedication lies in empowering pharmacy teams and enhancing their role within the Primary Care setting, ultimately improving services and patient outcomes.
