Norfolk Public Health have issued a Notice of Variation for the Primary Care Contracts. You should have received this communication by email, alternatively a copy is available on PharmOutcomes.

Important changes have been made to the delivery model for Sexual Health and Smoking Cessation, as well as price increase for these and the NHS Health Check service.

CCA companies should check with their area manager or Head offices to confirm who will be responding to the Contract Variations.
